Over the past few years I have been documenting, recording, and photographing the most unique winter festivals of the Iberian Peninsula. Inspired by my love of the many cultures and history of Spain and Portugal as well as my contact with the community of other photographers, anthropologists, and organizers, I felt drawn to yet another region of the peninsula — Galicia. James , Galicia has received much fame and attention. Saint James is and has been the patron saint of the whole of Spain.
