A Louisiana man has been arrested after his ex-girlfriend said he abused her while they were dating in Longmont, at one point scaring her with a gun so badly she leapt out of a moving car and fractured her skull. Andrew Neal Joiner, 32, was charged Friday with second-degree kidnapping, illegal discharge of a firearm, felony menacing, third-degree assault, prohibited use of a weapon and criminal mischief.
